Mr. Silverman is a partner who joined the firm in 1982. He is admitted to the Bar in the State of New York, the Federal Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has argued numerous cases in New York’s Appellate Courts, including the New York Court of Appeals and has prepared Petitions for Writs of Certiorari to the United States Supreme Court and has argued in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals (California). |
