J.P Delaney originally joined the firm as a law clerk in 1990 and is currently a trial and litigation attorney. In 1997 Mr. Delaney was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York, and is a member of the New York County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Brehon Law Society. Additionally, he is admitted to the Federal Court of both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Mr. Delaney was a member of the defense team in the much-publicized case of People of the State of New York v. Paul O'Grady as well as the co-author of the successful appeal in the case of Fuller v. Brady. He has also settled cases that have been cited in the Jury Verdict Reporter. Mr. Delaney has been numerously featured on NBC's Dateline.
