Michael Carroll is admitted to the Bars in the State of New York and Connecticut and to the Federal Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Carroll was the founder and president of a real estate title insurance company and is a member of the board of directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the Brehon Law Society. He is engaged in practice of Personal Injury Law and Real Estate Law and is an active lobbyist on the Federal, State, and City levels.
