Prior to joining O’Dwyer & Bernstien Mr. Garcia worked at DC 37 Municipal Employees Legal Service Plan. He is admitted to the Bar in the State of New York and the Federal Court of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. While attending law school, Mr. Garcia clerked at the Major League Baseball Players Association and interned at Main Street Legal Service, Inc., where he represented clients seeking political asylum and assisted individuals with other immigration matters.
