Filing No Fault Claims

NY Personal Injury Default Image

If you were hurt in a motor vehicle accident, you will want to file a no fault claim immediately as, under New York law, there is a strict and limited time in which to file a no fault claim. The no fault carrier will cover the cost of medical treatment for injuries suffered in a motor vehicle collision. If you were a pedestrian, the insurance carrier of the car that struck you will provide no fault benefits; if you were a driver or a passenger in a car involved in an accident, the insurance carrier of the car you were traveling in will provide you with no fault benefits. The attorneys at O’Dwyer & Bernstien will assist you in filing a no fault claim as part of the services we provide to our clients.
